摘要：

维护城市少数民族流动人口子女的义务教育权益，无论对其个人素质抑或民族整体发展而言至关重要。但囿于多重因素的影响，我国城市普遍存在对少数民族流动人口子女提供的各种保障远远低于实际社会需求的困境。本文深入剖析当前我国城市流动少数民族子女义务教育权益保障中存在的种种法律问题，从完善相关立法、加强落实力度、平衡配置教育资源、畅通权利救济渠道、改善外部社会环境和公共制度等方面提出针对性法律对策。

Abstract:

Protection of the rights of compulsory education of urban migrant minority children is very important for their personal qualities and ethnic development Due to multiple factors, in China, social security for the migrant minority children is lower than their needs The paper analyzes many legal problems and social constraints for the protection of the rights of compulsory education of urban migrant minority children The paper presents several legal measures to resolve this problem, such as improving relevant legislation, strengthening implementation, balancing the allocation of educational resources, smoothing relief channel and improving the external social environment and public institutions, etc
