摘要:

通过对经典商业模式定义进行梳理分析,指出商业模式的本质是企业价值活动的方式,它刻画了企业如何进行价值发现、价值创造和价值实现的基本原理。企业价值创造流与价值实现流的交织构成了商业模式的核心逻辑,商业模式中“免费”元素的加入使得其核心逻辑发生分离。通过构建经济数学模型,说明了商业模式中“免费”程度越高,越不利于企业的持续性发展,而企业产品的独特性是企业采取免费策略的前提。

Abstract:

Through analyzing the classic definition of business model, it pointed out that the nature of the business model is a way of value activities in companies, which describes the basic principles of how companies  discover, create and realize value. The value creation stream and value realization stream constitute the core-logic of business model. “Free” elements make the core-logic of business model separated. By an economic mathematical model, it proposed the high degree of “free” is not conducive to the sustainable development of companies, and the uniqueness of product is the premise of companies’ adoption of “free” strategies.
