摘要:

问卷设计质量关系问卷调查结果的真实性和可靠性。现有的问卷质量评估方法存在应用面窄、主观性强等缺点。本文提出将以用户为中心的研究方法应用到问卷质量评估和优化的过程中,并介绍了两种方法——深度访谈和可用性测试的使用方法。接着,通过对某公司“用户研究需求评估问卷”的评估和优化,验证所介绍方法的有效性,并使用传统方法进行了对比验证。最后得出结论,深度访谈和可用性测试作为一种以被试为中心的研究方法,可以给问卷的设计流程带来显著的优化,应该作为问卷设计中的一个重要流程在实践中加以运用。

Abstract:

The authenticity and reliability of the questionnaire survey results is closely related to the quality of questionnaire design The existing questionnaire quality evaluation methods have some shortcomings, such as the narrow application or the strong subjectivity of questionnaires User-centered research methods applied to the process of questionnaire quality evaluation and optimization is proposed, and the two methods — in-depth interview and usability testing are introduced By evaluating and optimizing the “user research requirement evaluation questionnaire” of a company and comparing with the traditional methods, the effectiveness of the introduced methods is confirmed In conclusion, as user-centered research methods, in-depth interview and usability testing can obviously improve questionnaire design process and should be a significant section in questionnaire design
