摘要:

364名高校教师为研究样本,探讨高校教师创新自我效能感对科研绩效的影响,以及科研投入和挑战性科研压力在其中的作用。研究结果表明,高校教师的创新自我效能感对科研绩效具有正向影响;挑战性科研压力对科研绩效有倒U型影响;科研投入在高校教师创新自我效能感与科研绩效的关系中起部分中介作用;挑战性科研压力对创新自我效能感与科研绩效的关系以及科研投入与科研绩效的关系均起负向调节作用。研究结论对高校的科研管理工作提供了有益启示。

Abstract:

Based on a sample of 364 university teachers, the research explored the impact of creative self-efficacy on university teacher’ research performance, and the role of research engagement and challenge research stress in it. The results showed that: creative self-efficacy had positive effect on research performance; challenge research stress had reversed U shape effect on research performance; research engagement played a mediating role in relationship between creative self-efficacy and research performance; challenge research stress played a moderating role in relationships between creative self-efficacy and research performance as well as research engagement and research performance. The conclusions are revealing for the scientific research management of many universitys.
