摘要: 国际经贸人才是经济全球化时代我国迫切需要的专门人才之一。然而,国际经贸人才供求上的巨大缺口却影响了中国“走出去”的步伐、效益和深度,加大了国内产业转型升级的成本与压力。通过对我国国际经贸人才供求状况的分析,指出供求缺口主要源于人才供给方面的问题,提出运用大数据分析技术解决国际经贸人才供求均衡问题、专业学位与执业资格相衔接、双导师制专业团队的顶层设计和建立开放性的国际经贸人才库等供给侧改革的对策建议。

Abstract: International economic and trade talent is one of the most urgent professionals in China in the era of economic globalization However, the huge gap between supply and demand of international economic and trade talents has affected China′s ′going global′ pace, efficiency and depth, and increased the cost and pressure of the domestic industrial transformation and upgrading By analyzing the status of supply and demand of international trade talents in China, it is pointed out that the gap  is mainly due to problems in talent supply, and countermeasures as well as suggestions in supply-side reform are put forward for the use of big data analysis techniques to achieve supply and demand equilibrium of international trade talents, connection between professional degree and job qualification, and the top-level design of double tutors professional team and to establish open international trade talent base
