Abstract:  Cyberbullying is characterized by hiddenness and high incidence, and it is difficult to cope with cyberbullying by the traditional school bullying governance model. Algorithmic governance, as the specific application of situational criminology in cyberspace and the representative method of modern governance, has the advantages of high efficiency, precision and prediction, and can effectively solve the problem of cyberbullying. Therefore, on the basis of maximizing the interests of minors, it is necessary to take a series of measures to establish and improve the algorithmic governance system of cyberbullying among minors, from aspects of implementing Regulations to Protect Minors in Cyberspace, clarifying nulti-governance and avoiding algorithmic risks, in order to build a safe and harmonious network environment, to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of minors, and to provide strong protection for the healthy growth of minors.
