Abstract: Subjects construction is the kernel of the building of a college or a university. Subjects construction is an embodiment of the level of a college or a university. However, in reality, it is not rare that a great many colleges and universities attach much importance to their construction but neglect their management. This article emphasizes the importance of subjects construction by putting forward the necessary conditions and first factor of subjects management, analyses the structure of subjects arrangement based on the theory of management and suggests the ways of their management.
