Abstract: Digital intelligence technology has provided conditions for the development of new quality productive forces and brought changes in the innovation ecosystem. In order to explore the characteristics of multi-agent participation in the construction of innovation ecosystem in the age of digital intelligence to promote the development of new quality productive forces, starting with new tools of new quality productive forces and taking innovation community as the analysis unit, the differences of network location and characteristics in the evolution of innovation community of universities, research institutes, production enterprises and institutional users in the two-tiered innovation ecosystem of science and technology in the field of industrial robots are systematically explored, through social network analysis and machine learning methods. The results show that, as an important means of labor reflecting the new quality productive forces, the industrial robot has gone through digital, networked and intelligent periods, and connection characteristics of the innovation community have gone through the single-agent, the external and internal connection, and the multi-agent linkage stages. The types of participants in the innovation community have gradually diversified. The conclusions provide reference for the construction of digital intelligence innovation ecosystem and the development of new quality productive forces.

Key words: multi-agent, innovation community, new quality productive forces, digital intelligence innovation ecosystem, industrial robot
