Abstract: The reform of the supporting services in colleges and universities should be carried out transformation of its mechanism as the main target,for it s where the real motivation of the reform lies.Based on the reform of the supporting services carried out at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications(BUPT),this article approaches a series of problems concerning the transformation from micro management systems to macro management systems,the introduction of marketing mechanism into the personnel and allocation systems in accordance with the systems of modern enterprises,and tries to prove their significance in order to provide reference for the progress of the reform of the supporing services and universities.
