Abstract:

The value creation dynamics of the new kinds of mobile operating system (MOS) is changing, because of its characteristics for powerful integration of data, colorful content implications and great customer experience. The environment of value creation for the new kind of MOS based on switchboard profit model is analyzed, and the value creation dynamics of MOS is put forward. Based on the four imperative elements for chain industry development, industry chain operational mechanism of new MOS platform is researched. Finally, the feasibility for developing new kinds of MOS and suggestions on developing the industry in China are given.
