Abstract:

Telecommunications industry is one of the most important public infrastructure industries Accurately calculating the capital stock is the basic work for the research on the industrial development law and the promotion of national economic growth The data about investment of China’s telecom industry is collected and the relevant parameters are analyzed By using the perpetual inventory method, the capital stock of China’s telecom industry from 1978 to 2010 is estimated; the estimation result is in accordance with China’s telecom industry development trend, which reflects its capital accumulation process and development situation
