Abstract: Through analyzing the current teaching situation of information technology curriculum of the “Minority High-level Talents Plan” training, the blended learning model in Claroline teaching platform is put forward, which embodies the characteristics of the course teaching. As one of the base training colleges, the School of Ethnic Education of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications practiced teaching to trainees in both grade 2012 and grade 2013, and the results show that the model conforms to the diverse learning backgrounds and learning goals of the trainees, and cultivates the trainees’autonomous learning spirit, practice ability and innovation ability. The reform and practice obtain obvious teaching effects.
