Attractiveness Ratings for University Professional Website Based on User Experience

Based on the user experience, a rating system for the university professional website is presented. Considering the website appearance, structure and content, 45 observation variables about the attractiveness of university professional website are included in this rating system. By the way of questionnaire and factor analysis, 8 primary indexes that include website design, academic activities, academic resources, talent training, web service, career development, information updating and 39 secondary indexes are chosen for the rating system, and the way of measuring the weight of the secondary indexes is given. According to the above research, some suggestions are put forward for the university professional website construction.

Based on the new five-factor literary activity paradigm which involves the world, the media, the author, the reader and the text, the vital transformation that the relationship among the traditional literature factors of the author, the reader, the works and the world encounters influenced by the media is explored. First, fundamental subversion will be found between the author and the reader owing to the loss of subjectivity; next, conceptual change from the work to the text and then to the hypertext will lead to decentration and finally, with the great advance of new digital information technology, not only can literature represent the world, but also it creates the world with the media.

Online trust is a key factor contributing to online purchasing behavior. Referring to literature of online trust, several factors of social media trust are explored and the adjusting role of offline familiarity on their relationship is verified by using structural equation model. The results show that independent variables such as reputation, the strength of social interaction, information quality, reciprocity, satisfaction and shared values have a positive effect on social network trust except the variables of perceived similarity, and information quality is the most important factor. Offline familiarity significantly adjusts the relationships between information quality, reciprocity, reputation, shared values and social media trust, which is important for companies to develop an effective social network marketing strategy.

The new literary forms of police microblog are specially designed microblog articles by public security organization or police officers through referring to and imitating various network new literary forms, for the purpose of improving the work efficiency and establishing a sound relationship between policemen and the public. While introducing the concept of discourse construction grammar and discourse construction coercion, by using coercion from discourse construction theory, new literary forms of police?microblog are explained from two perspectives—discourse construction coercion in mixed genres, and discourse content coercion from discourse construction structure. The results show that unique discourse coercion mechanism in new literary forms of police microblog primarily contributes to its popularity.

Youth’s value orientation decides the future value orientation of the whole society. Wechat platform creates a new way of the transmission of core values in the universities. From the perspective of 5W mode, Wechat platforms of 39 universities are investigated and analyzed, the function of Wechat platform in communication and the construction of the socialist core values is summed up, which includes the control function, the training function, the interactive function, the value guidance function, etc. The rational utilization of it will take a positive role on transmission, heritage and development of universities’ culture.

Peer to peer (P2P) net loan platform taking network platform as its intermediary has gained rapid development in the field of Internet finance, and after its introduction to China, it gradually has its “indigenous” features for the sake of adaptation to the special financial environment of China. However, due to the lack of legal norms, market supervision and other necessary institutional constraints, P2P net loan platform has gradually stepped into “alienation”. Through pointing out issues on China’s P2P net loan platform, by using data analysis and data collection methods, loan platform for the development of P2P network-related recommendations are proposed, to improve its shortcomings in the legal system to ensure that our P2P net loan market completes local optimization.

In order to form a unified research framework, literature from home and abroad has been reviewed, and a research integration model of online comment emotional tendency is put forward, which better shows the existing research results of its leading factors, resulting factors and moderating factors. Based on the strong effect of negative comments on purchase decision, the study of the management measures to online comment emotional tendency is summarized from the perspective of enterprises' marketing management. In addition, the shortage of the existing research and further research direction are presented.

For the purpose of further exploration of impact of electronic word-of -mouth on consumers’ purchasing decisions, not only have the relationships between the relevant factors of online reviews in the e-commerce site and the adoption of it been developed, but also the relationships between online reviews and the adoption of electronic word-of-mouth in the social networks are established. The results show that the factors of online reviews like valence, number, rating, quality and credibility of the source, will significantly influence consumers’ perceived usefulness and credibility of online reviews, and further influence positively both the consumers’ adoption of online reviews, and the consumers’ adoption of electronic word-of-mouth in the social networks.

For the purpose of researching regional differences of residents’ consumption, comparative analysis in east, central and west China is made from the aspects of consumption scale, consumption level and consumption structure. Static and dynamic panel data model are used based on provincial panel data to test the relationship between residents information consumption and economic growth in the three regions. Fixed effect model and first-order differential GMM method are applied. The results show that there was an obvious regional difference in the dynamic relationship between the residents’ information consumption level and economic growth, and that the interaction between eastern region and western region is significant while is not significant in the central region. Finally, the policy recommendations are proposed to promote regional information consumption.

Fraudulent companies which once manipulated profits and the same number of normal companies are selected from the time when criminal records are exposed. All the selected companies are those that are A-share listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The financial statement subjects of all the samples are tested by Independent-Samples T Test and Mann-Whitney U Test, which is based on the data of fraud year and three years before fraud. By screening the subjects which are significantly abnormal when compared with normal companies, further analysis and explanation is made. The results show that time-series characteristics are exposed at the level of financial statement subjects, which will become valuable reference and basis for auditors and regulators.

The basic issue of social governance is to establish a kind of healthy relationship between power and rights. Thus the modern social governance should consider rule of law as a fundamental way. As the problems in social governance become more and more serious, rights prevailing in rule of law have encountered much more incredulity. According to the analysis of rights in both western history and Chinese society, these kinds of challenges which rights have met with in the western society cannot justify the embarrassment of rights in China. In fact, interpersonal relations which belong to particularism and utilitarianism are the reason of the obstructions faced with by rights in Chinese society.

The emerging ecological crisis has led to the study of “ecological government”, however this research paradigm in our nation is still in its beginning stage. In western developed nations such as the United States, Germany, and Japan, they have already made distinctive attempts in constructing ecological governments: the market balancing model in the United States, the network managing model in Germany and the law supervising model of Japan. In order to achieve the goal of harmony between human and nature, and find out a way to construct the ecological government with Chinese characteristics, it is necessary to learn from the successful experience of the United States, Germany and Japan in order to construct the ecological government in China, with efforts in all five aspects including the theoretical study, organization, market economy, network management and legal systems.

Computational thinking ability is the core content of ability cultivation in the course of “College Computer Fundamentals”. Based on the requirements of “science combined with engineering” model of training and characteristics of students majoring in science, combined with years of teaching practice, the computational thinking-oriented practical teaching system of “College Computer Fundamentals” is constructed. From the perspective of computational thinking training, the practical teaching process and methods are explored, and the method of cultivating computational thinking of students majoring in science is suggested. The results show that the student satisfaction rate is 92.5%.

Through analyzing the current teaching situation of information technology curriculum of the “Minority High-level Talents Plan” training, the blended learning model in Claroline teaching platform is put forward, which embodies the characteristics of the course teaching. As one of the base training colleges, the School of Ethnic Education of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications practiced teaching to trainees in both grade 2012 and grade 2013, and the results show that the model conforms to the diverse learning backgrounds and learning goals of the trainees, and cultivates the trainees’autonomous learning spirit, practice ability and innovation ability. The reform and practice obtain obvious teaching effects.

With the rapid development of Internet technology, online resources are playing an increasingly important role in foreign language teaching. However, it is also a challenge to select and use online resources in the teaching and learning of French language due to their richness in content, diversity in forms, and uneven qualities. Based on the summary and analysis of current online French resources, the lesson plan of “La Gloire de Mon Père” in Cours de Fran?ais Accéléré is taken as an example to demonstrate application of online resources in the teaching of French language. With the employment of online resources and information technology, the notion of “flipped classroom” is also pointed out so as to promote the transformation of teaching modes, extend classroom scope, and improve effectiveness of teaching French as a second language.

English Learning Adaption under Multi-media and Web-assisted Environment

Learners’adaption to web-assisted English learning environment is analyzed, mainly from five dimensions that include 33 sub-dimensions, i.e. learning motivation, web environment and resources, learning strategies, learning abilities and learning contents. The results indicate that learners’ motivation types are mainly instrumental rather than cultural, interactive or integrative, with certain recreational tendency, that learners are adaptive to web environment in terms of Internet skills and techniques but lack abilities to utilize English websites offered by English speaking countries and resources in English on websites related to their majors, that self-supervision and on-line study planning are both difficult for English learners and learners’on-line interactive ability is relatively poor, that most learners only practice reading and listening via Internet and are less adaptive to on-line oral or writing tasks. Based on the research, the advice and solutions to the above problems are given for the purpose of improving learners’adaption under multi-media and web-assisted learning environment.
