Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist of Party of China, a new generation of collective leadership with Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to the problem of corruption, and put a lot of energy to anti-corruption work Through the interpretation of Xi Jinping’s important speeches, Xi Jinping’s thought on cultivation of a clean government is sorted out, based on which, four characteristics are summarized, including inheritance and development of excellent traditional culture, clarifying the main responsibility and accountability, dependence on the masses and service for people, and promotion of fighting against corruption through legal system
