Web20, as a new concept, has great impact on the business of libraries This paper serves as a thorough introduction to the machinereadable cataloging methods of standard document resources under the concept of Web20 Subsequently it shows how to make use of the China machinereadable catalogue(CNMARC) fields to reveal the basic features of standard document resources by giving the example of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Library Finally, it proposes an improved principle of indexing, which is intended for making searching easier

After 3G licenses issued, the study of how to transfer subscribers to 3G becomes the focus of the industry The study builds a system dynamics model with the help of the analysis tool of system dynamics, finding the factors impacting the user migration And then, some strategies such as reinforcing the advertisement efforts, increasing the subsidies of 3G terminals, increasing the attractiveness of the 3G service and reducing the 3G tariffs are simulated The simulation result proves that they will accelerate the migration to 3G

There are structural, cyclical and network risks in creative clusters as other types of industrial clusters When the risk occurs, it often expresses a process of cascading failures This article studies the evolutional process of cascading failures in creative clusters based on load  capacity model of complex network, of which, the relations of network structural characteristics of creative clusters, distribution characteristics of creative enterprises and system risks are explored with emphasis At last, the risk prevention mechanism is proposed, which have important theoretical and practical significance for the promotion of the sustainable development of creative industry clusters

The research studies foreign language learning strategies of minority students based on the questionnaires administered to 260 minority students The results demonstrate that: first, students use more compensation strategies than other strategies; and students’ academic achievement is positively correlated with compensation strategies only; second, female students use more memory strategies, cognitive strategies, affective strategies and social strategies than male students; third, there are significant differences between scienceengineering students and art students in the using of social strategies; fourth, students’ ethnic culture and working experience have no influence on their foreign language learning strategies The findings provide a basis for the foreign language education of minority students
