The international communication and “going out” strategy of Chinese culture is confronted with huge opportunities and challenges brought by new media. YouTube, with its characteristics of social media, we media and video media, is an important and typical international new media, and is also an important Internet platform whose scale and flow is in a leading role. Communication effects of Chinese culture on YouTube is researched through statistical tests and analysis, and the influencing factors of the communication effect is analyzed from many aspects such as content and communicator. The results show that content richness, content orientation, controversial degree, content type, communicators’ influence, communicators’ diffusion force have significant correlation with the communication effects of Chinese culture on YouTube. The results can provide the optimization countermeasures for our country’s international communication practice.

The rise of network society has brought far-reaching influence on the structure of Chinese traditional social relations. Based on the analysis of structural characteristics of network society and Chinese traditional “acquaintance” society, the effects of network society on Chinese traditional social relations are explored. The formation of personal relationship in network society is on the basis of digital information, and is a society state endowed with three attributes of technology, individual and society. Chinese traditional society is essentially an acquaintance society, with a differential sequence in its structure. Network society has changed the constructing mechanism of individual and social interpersonal relationship, and has formed a multiple interpersonal pattern after the relative separation between subject and object. It also has formed a mutual action mechanism in the relationship structure of the traditional acquaintance society – independence and adhesion at the individual level, and overall dispersion and local condensation at the group level.

The human society is stepping into the era of big data, so the resource value of personal information

gradually stands out. Personal information rights are new rights with a collection of personality rights and

property rights, and have similarities in intellectual property rights. In exploring the path of the protection of

personal information, the similarities can be used to seek “system template” for personal information protection

within the framework of intellectual property system. The personal information protection system can be designed

by referring to relevant intellectual property law system, thus complying with utilization and protection of

personal information system in big data era.

The needing and understanding of the reputation rights and the free expression are different among

different groups on the Internet. The network remarks which include a statement of fact and opinions on the

Internet are often associated with violation of others’ reputation rights. In order to reduce the reputation

infringement, the free expression should be restricted to a certain extent. In judicial practice, when regulating

such conflicts, the court should follow the principle of balanced interests, and according to the spirit of the

Constitution’s protecting free expression, the relationship between network reputation rights and free expression

on the Internet should be balanced. In specific cases, the differences between “statement of facts” and

“expression of opinion” should be distinguished, different degree of freedom should be given; in addition, with

regard to the infringer and the infringed, natural person and legal person, public figure and the general public,

professional and non-professional should be differently treated in view of identity.

 Valuation Adjustment Mechanism (VAM) is one of the valuation mechanisms and risk-control tools, which

is universal in private equity investment. Recently, with the increasing use of VAM, the arguments among its legal

force have attached the public attention. By summarizing the typical cases of VAM and analyzing the force of each

factor, the legislation of VAM is affirmed. In order to control the risks of VAM, both sides should set proper

growth targets. Investors can take repeated game terms, making a small amount of investment first to have a

general understanding of enterprises’ profitability and prospects and then making a decision whether to make the

next round of investment. The investors should sign bi-directional VAM with original shareholders of the target

company for protecting the interests of both sides. And arbitration is a better way to solve the controversy.

The traditional countermeasure mechanism cannot effectively deal with cyber-terrorism crime, because of

cyber-terrorism crime different from traditional terrorist crime. The failure of governance means of cyber-

terrorism crime has made the global governance mode become an inevitable choice to prevent and control cyber-

terrorism crime. Multiple subjects, multi-level prevention and control mechanism in global governance mode is

important for prevention and control of cyber-terrorism crime. Global governance mode also has a positive

reference value for China’s cyber-terrorism crime governance. China should establish a pluralistic and multi-

level governance mechanism, improve the relevant legal system, and strengthen international cooperation to

effectively respond to the threat of terrorism crime.

Internet social lending is a typical example of the emerging social finance and a product segmentation

of P2P lending. Compared with the traditional P2P lending, Internet social lending has a lower credit cost, a

lower default risk and can also avoid the embarrassment of borrowing money from your friends face to face.

Internet social lending is rising after 2015 and has had an important effect on our economy, so it is quite

meaningful to explore the determinants of user acceptance of Internet social lending. Based on technology

acceptance model (TAM), a model concerning the determinants of user acceptance of Internet social lending is

constructed and empirical research is made on factors influencing user selection of Internet social lending

through survey data. The results show that the external factors, such as personal innovation, network externality,

have a positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use; the compatibility has a positive effect

on perceived usefulness; perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and network externality have a positive

effect on use intention while perceived risk has a negative effect on use intention.

Mobile distributors whose productions are distributed by the third party logistics provider always need

to estimate the cost of the provider. The logistics cost of the third party logistics of mobile phone for mobile

distributors is constructed based on logistics functions and payment modality and the features of mobile phone

logistics. The computing formula of each exercise’s cost is summarized and further the total logistics cost model

based on the formulas is set up according to the investigation. Then the model is applied to a mobile phone

distributor. The logistics cost in operation process of the mobile phone distributor is calculated. Finally, the

calculation results and application context of the model are analyzed. This paper proposed reference for logistics

cost calculation in mobile distributor.

Along with the domestic economic development level and information science and technology rise, the

scale of China’s express industry and the informatization of enterprise also develop remarkably. But unbalance

between the deficiency of informatization standard system and the scale and informatization level in express

industry restricts express industry and its informatization to a higher level. Therefore, in order to break the

unbalance status as soon as possible, five basic principles in the construction of informatization standard system

of express industry are analyzed, its system framework is proposed, and finally, five suggestions about the way to

implement informatization standard system are also put forward.

“Internet plus” thinking can create a new format for the smart pension industry in the application of

community home-based endowment service. The realization of deep integration of “Internet plus community home-

based endowment service” faces the barriers from the government, platforms, service providers and technologies.

The strategy to promote the integration of the two is to strengthen the top-level design of the government and

promote cooperation among departments; to guide, support multi-subject cooperation to participate in the

construction of pension service information and service delivery; to build a comprehensive information service

  Based on Chinese panel data from the year of 2006 to 2014, factor analysis is used to set up financial

development comprehensive evaluation indices, and the relations among China’s financial development, energy

consumption and economic growth and differences in development among eastern area, central area and western area

are empirically analyzed by means of SYS-GMM method. The empirical results show that financial development and

energy consumption have a significant positive correlation with China’s economic growth; energy consumption has a

negative correlation with economic growth if financial development helps improve the energy use efficiency.

Financial development and energy consumption’s promotion to economic growth is significantly different in the

three regions mentioned above; in particular, the promotion of financial development to economic growth shows

decreasing trend from eastern area to western area, and energy consumption promotes economic growth mostly in

western area, followed by eastern area and central area.

 Based on panel data of 29 provinces during the year from 1995 to 2014, the panel threshold model is

used to investigate the non-linear effects of labor income, capital income and consumption expenditure tax on

economic growth. The results show that the tax system plays a different role in economic growth under different

economic development levels. Accordingly, the tax system which adapts to “China’s New Normal” should be

gradually built up, and the role that labor income, capital income and consumption expenditure tax play in

different levels of economic development should be clarified, so as to provide a good tax system supply and

security for the balanced development of regional economy.

 The literature on the use of social network sites (SNS) in different levels of education and settings

for the future study is critically reviewed, for the purpose of fully understanding its current situation and

challenges. Twenty-one CSSCI indexed studies published in 2009—2014 were selected based on the selection criteria

and analyzed to answer the following questions: (a) What types of research have been published on the use of SNS

in education? (b) Which research methodologies are addressed and which methods are mostly used in data collection?

(c) What lines of research are currently developed and what are the main results of these studies? and (d) What

features do the geological distribution of these studies show? The analysis showed that the use of SNS in

education could encourage participation, engagement, reflective thinking as well as collaborative learning under

different learning settings.

A study investigating corpus-based exemplar Chinese sentences in the field of teaching Chinese as a

foreign language is reported. Guided by the theoretical frameworks in psycholinguistics, a Chinese corpus and

selected exemplar sentences are analyzed following two guidelines: the principles of lexical collocation and the

types of the target words in discourse organization. Then, through analyzing the interlanguage data, the

developmental sequence of the syntactic structures and components of the exemplar sentences are identified

according to frequency effects of Chinese language processing. Finally, major syntactic focus and contextual

characteristics of the exemplar sentences are determined by means of error analysis of the L2 learners. In the

light of current situation in Chinese teaching, the challenges and suggestions for integrating vocabulary and

grammar instruction are discussed.

Design workshop is a very popular form of experiential teaching, which can inspire creativity by group

innovation. In order to explore how to inspire group creativity better in design workshops, we did a research in

the innovation environment construction and different innovation inspiring forms. By reviewing the experience of

the three workshops, we summarized the implementation processes based on Design Thinking. The favorable group

innovation environment, appropriate innovation inspiring forms and proper design tools are considered as important

factors to ensure the efficient and to inspire group creativity better in design workshops.

SEM Research on English Learning Metacognitive Person Knowledge #br# for Ethnic Preparatory Students of Inland Classes

In order to investigate the influence of metacognitive person knowledge on English achievement of

Xinjiang ethnic preparatory students, a questionnaire survey was conducted. The findings include the following

aspects. On the whole，the subjects have a high level of self-efficacy and a strong motivation of individual

development, but a low level of English learning interest and weak motivation of learning situation. Female

students show higher level of self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation interest than male students; science students

show stronger motivation of learning situation than liberal students. Students’ English achievement has a

significant positive correlation with their knowledge of intrinsic motivation, learning interest, as well as

self-efficacy, but a negative correlation with their knowledge of outward factor attribution. The structural

equation modeling (SEM) shows that the self-efficacy and learning effort after class contribute a lot to the

English achievement, while the learning experience contributes little to the English achievement.
