 Under the background of the reconstruction of the global value chain of Henan province, using Kaya identity combined with LMDI decomposition method, the factors influencing Henan industrial carbon emission are divided into energy emission intensity, energy structure, energy intensity and output scale According to LMDI decomposition method, the influence of energy emission intensity effect, energy structure effect, energy intensity effect (technical effect) and output scale effect on the industrial carbon emission in Henan province is analyzed The results show that (1) the industrial scale promotes the growth of industrial carbon emission in Henan province; (2) the continuous reduction of energy intensity, that is, the continuous improvement of technical level has obvious negative effect on carbon emission; (3) the energy structure effect is the weak driving factor of industrial carbon emission growth in Henan province The countermeasures and suggestions of Henan industrial enterprises to participate in the global value chain division are expounded by promoting the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, embedding the high-end link of the global value chain, designing the environmental regulatory policy and improving the efficiency of energy use

 The important driving force for the development of BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) service trade is the cooperation among the five countries, and the barriers to service trade are the main factors hindering their cooperation The 5-level-frequency method and the service trade restrictiveness index (STRI) method are used to quantitatively evaluate the service trade barriers of BRICS countries The study shows that the BRICS countries have higher barriers to trade in service as a whole, of which India and South Africa have the highest and lowest levels separately The main restriction utilized by BRICS countries are restrictions on the mobility of people BRICS countries should adopt methods such as reducing barriers in service sectors with strong international competitiveness, promoting the free mobility of people within the five countries, and giving priority to cooperation in service sectors with lower trade restrictions, so as to promote the development of BRICS service trade

Transportation infrastructure is a key link between products and production factors With the rapid development of China’ s transportation infrastructure, its impact on industrial structure changes deserves our attention Using the provincial panel data from 1999 to 2016, the impact of China’ s transportation infrastructure on industrial structure changes and regional differences are tested by using the generalized method of moments (GMM), and further the transmission mechanism of transportation infrastructure to industrial structure changes is examined through mediating effects The results indicate that: from a national perspective, transportation infrastructure has a significant impact on industrial structure changes, and the contribution to the secondary industry is greater than that of the tertiary industry; in terms of regions, the secondary industry in the eastern and central regions benefits greatly, and the tertiary industry benefits more in the western region Further research has found that human resources and technology have significant mediating effects in the industrial structure of transportation infrastructure; from the results of different regions, there are some differences in the mediating effects in different regions The development of transportation infrastructure plays a positive role in accelerating the adjustment of regional industrial structure and improving the efficiency of factor allocation However, it should also pay attention to the structural problems that may cause partial excess and shortage of factors, which further aggravates the imbalance of industrial structure among regions

Focusing on the introduction course related to multimedia communication of communication engineering major in co-cultivation program of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), the effects of adopting teaching methods of reflection and embodied learning on teaching were explored By using questionnaire method to obtain the students’  subjective feedbacks, boxplot method, Pearson correlation coefficient method, and association rules mining method, the teaching effects of introduction course before and after improvement in teaching methods were compared The results show that the feedbacks and the multimedia communication scores of the grade 2016 students who were given the new teaching methods are superior to those of grade 2015 students, and so are the subsequent courses which are related to multimedia communication The results proved the effectiveness of the teaching methods of reflection and embodied learning in the introduction course
