Rural e-commerce has become new driving forces for rural revitalization. Chinas agriculture has always faced the contradiction between small farmers and big markets. Especially, market participant registration, administrative permission, and the joint liability of operators and sellers in the e-commerce law, make farmers face new legal risks. The real-name system, credit evaluation and publicity system can realize the function of market participant registration. Market competition, industry self-discipline and risk monitoring and evaluation, as in-process or post-event regulatory measures, can replace administrative permission. Therefore, farmers should be exempted from the obligations of market participant registration and administrative permission. In order to equitably distribute the risk of human damage caused by edible agricultural products, a liability insurance system for edible agricultural products should be established.

In the era of Internet, the problem of disclosure and abuse of personal medical information is becoming more and more serious. Medical information security has encountered enormous challenges. The security protection of personal medical information is inspected from the perspective of comparative law. Medical information and medical privacy as well as information right and privacy right should be distinguished in the choice of legal protection mode, and medical information should be included in the adjustment of information right. It must be clear that the collection and use of personal information should follow the principles of security safeguard, informed consent, the lowest limit, and usability. The specific protection methods of medical information include improving relevant legislation, strengthening the supervision of the administrative department, and the self-regulation of the industry.

 Local legislation plays an important role in optimizing the allocation of legislative resources and reflecting the needs of local specialization legislation. By using visual analysis software CiteSpace, the literature data of the evolution and development of Chinas local legislative research in the past 20 years is analyzed through methods of keyword co-occurrence, co-word cluster analysis and strategic coordinates. The results show that the hot topics focus on legislative model, post-legislative evaluation, executive legislation, creative legislation and governance of legislation.Public participation,legislative concept and civil rights have gradually become the frontiers in local legislative research.

Channel collaborative pricing is an effective measure to promote the successful transformation of retail enterprises from multi-channel to omni-channel. Therefore, the selection of collaborative pricing strategies and the determination of influencing factors in the process of enterprise transformation are very important. Firstly, considering the competitive-cooperative game relationship, the traditional and new retail channel pricing strategy game model is constructed based on the Hotelling analysis model. Secondly, the stability of the pricing strategy choice of both sides of the game is analyzed by using evolutionary game theory. Finally, the simulation is carried out by applying the system dynamics model. The results show that the initial strategy selection, service quality level and individual interaction probability of retail channel have significant influence on the choice of traditional and new retail channel strategies, and consumer channel psychological preference has significant influence on the choice of new retail channel strategies. Channel cooperative pricing decision-making can be promoted by establishing cooperative pricing alliance among retail channels, rationally allocating service resources of retail channels, actively exploring consumer preferences and strengthening interactive communication among channels.

Impulsive purchase is one of the common consumption patterns in modern life. E-commerce makes impulsive online shopping behavior generalized gradually and also makes it show other characteristics. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to the study of influencing factors of such behavior. The theoretical model of influencing factors of consumers impulsive online shopping behavior is constructed by using the S-O-R model. Through the methods of questionnaire survey and data analysis, the role of relevant influencing factors is verified: time constraints, promotional incentives and online reviews all positively affect consumers impulsive online purchase. Perceived benefits and sense of pleasure partially mediate the effects of external incentives and consumers impulsive online shopping behavior. Meanwhile, brand awareness plays a moderating role to some extent.

To explore the main factors of college students using campus Internet installment service, the model based on TAM and UTAUT theories is constructed. The results show that consumption desire, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and social influence positively affect the willingness to use; perceived risk negatively affects willingness to use; platform attributes positively affect perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use while have a negative impact on perceived risk; user characteristics positively affect perceived risk and negatively affect consumption desire. In addition, through comparison between domestic and international market, the differences are summarized and recommendations from a variety of perspectives are made to create a good campus consumption installment market environment.

Based on panel data of 29 provinces in China from 2006 to 2016, the influence of R&D investment of different executive departments and types on industrial structure optimization is analyzed by using the panel regression model. The research results show that the total amount of R&D investment has a promoting effect on advancement and rationalization of industrial structure, but different departments and types of R&D investment have different effects: as to different departments, the effect of R&D investment on large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in the aspect of advancement of industrial structure is the strongest and on institutions of higher education in the aspect of rationalization of industrial structure is the strongest; as to different types, basic research has shown the strongest effect in promoting the advancement and rationalization of industrial structure. Therefore, in the process of industrial structure optimization, R&D investment structure needs further adjustment.

Based on panel data of Chinese listed companies in A-shared market from 2010 to 2017, the relationships among managerial equity incentive, analysts coverage and capital structure dynamic adjustment are empirically tested by using multiple regression analysis. It is found that managerial equity incentive and analysts coverage have effectively promoted the adjustment of corporate capital structure; when the direction of adjustment is downward, the effect is much more significant; furthermore, the results show that the more the coverage of analysts, the greater the impact of equity incentive on the dynamic adjustment of capital structure. The combination of internal incentive and external supervision towards enterprises deepens the research on the dynamic adjustment of capital structure, which provides a new perspective for further research, and establishes theoretical foundation for formulating incentive and supervisory schemes to executives.

Deviant innovation, as an individuals innovative behavior with the characteristics of high risk and high profit, is arousing the attention of scholars and managers in the advocating period of “mass innovation”. Therefore, the formation mechanism of employees deviant innovation behavior is explored through positive emotion (mediating effect) and deviant admiration (moderating effect). 306 effective questionnaires are empirically verified. Conclusions are shown as follows: strengths-based psychological climate has a positive effect on deviant innovation; positive emotion plays a mediating role on the relationship between strengths-based psychological climate and deviant innovation; deviant admiration has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between positive emotion and deviant innovation. The research effectively reveals the occurrence mechanism of employees deviant innovation behavior, and provides a new theoretical perspective and practical inspiration for the innovation management of employees.

Taking Internet social media platforms such as news websites, BBS, post bars, microblogs, etc. as the research objects, and based on the domain modeling, intelligence collection process design and content analysis of each platform, an intelligence collection system suitable for the whole social media platform is designed based on open source web crawler Nutch. According to the characteristics of each platform, methods of classification ranking, block analysis and simulated login are applied to the collection of news, BBS, post bars, and microblogs, which improves versatility and cost performance of the system, and achieves efficient collection of multi-source social media intelligence.

The characteristics of public opinion are studied from the aspects of emotion, behavior and cognition, and a new network public opinion indicator system based on different granularity is proposed. This system can help analyze the situation of public opinion, and hold its trend. Meanwhile, it can also be used to predict the intensity of events, aiming at giving an early warning of public opinion events. The events on Sina microblog are taken as the dataset to evaluate the performance of the indicator system. The experiment results show that the indicator system provides good description of the characteristics of the public opinion events and matches the rule of the development of the public opinion, and also the system has a good predictive effect.

Methods of interview, thematic analysis, questionnaire and analytic hierarchical process are used to study the evaluation index system of college students entrepreneurial psychological capital. Firstly, by means of in-depth interviews, Internet data and open-ended questionnaires, statements reflecting college entrepreneurs psychological capital are collected, and thematic analysis method is used to refine the content of college entrepreneurs psychological capital, so as to construct the structure of college entrepreneurs psychological capital. Secondly, based on the structure, the quantitative evaluation index system of college students entrepreneurial psychological capital is constructed by using the methods of questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process. Finally, taking the students of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an example, the evaluation index system is tested, and relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward based on the current situation of entrepreneurial psychological capital.
