 The linguistic landscape seems to be chaotic, but it can also truly reflect the citys language policy, ideology and values Taking Tokyo, one of the worlds most economically developed and wealthy cities, as the researching object, and based on the SPEAKING communication model, a comparative analysis of the linguistic landscape of “Ginza” in downtown Tokyo and “Akabane”, the peripheral business district of Tokyo is made, aiming to explore factors that affect the formation and differentiation of linguistic landscape The results show that there are more unofficial signs in both two regions than the official ones, and Ginza has a larger number of codes and a various combination The style of the two landscapes is also different: signs in Ginza have a high-end and avant-garde sense, while signs in Akabane are usually plain and simple The differences are closely related to the respective functions performed by the two regions: Akabane focuses on serving the local residents, while Ginza has both functions of receiving international tourists and highlighting the cultural ethos of the country Therefore, the influence of regional functions and transmission needs is significant in the formation and differentiation of language landscape, and at the same time the management from government needs to keep balance

With the evolution and development of global value chains, the service value including R&D, finance, information and design is embedded in the final manufactured goods through service outsourcing, which promotes the export sophistication of domestic products The impacts of service outsourcing on export sophistication are empirically investigated by using panel data of Chinas manufacturing sectors in 2005~2014 The conclusions are as follows(1) The impact of service outsourcing on Chinas export sophistication in manufacturing sectors presents a U-shaped relationship that first declines and then rises When service outsourcing is at the low level, it is easy to be “locked” in the low-end link of the global value chain, which is not conducive to the improvement of export sophistication When service outsourcing exceeds a certain threshold, it can significantly promote export sophistication and achieve technology upgrade(2) From the perspective of service outsourcing heterogeneity, the impact of KPO(knowledge process outsourcing) on export sophistication is higher than ITO(information technology outsourcing) and BPO(business process outsourcing)(3) The impact of service outsourcing on export sophistication of high-tech manufacturing sectors is higher than that of medium-tech manufacturing and low-tech manufacturing sectors(4) R&D intensity and human capital has a positive impact on Chinas export sophistication in manufacturing sectors, while excessive industry openness and management costs are not conducive to the promotion of export sophistication Finally, countermeasures are proposed such as accelerating export servitization of manufacturing industry, standardizing service outsourcing management and strengthening talents training and technological innovation

 To reveal consumers demand for service of express self-pickup stations, a muti-dimensional scale for measuring service quality was established based on 276 pieces of consumer samples collected from Cainiao Station with the guidance of SERVQUAL Five dimensions named convenience, tangibility, reliability, empathy and security were included with 21 items in the proposed scale The scale was also confirmed by different samples The research illustrated that scale for service quality of self-pickup stations had distinct features of terminal delivery scenario Compared to previous research with regard to the whole distribution, consumers were found to pay more attention to security and convenience The research also implied that the key point of improving consumers service experience was to persist in convenient, friendly and safe principles Meanwhile, the address of self-pickup station should be decided carefully as well as its channel, the facilities should be improved, and the delivery procedure specification should be established too
