Meta-analysis is used to investigate the critical factors that influence users willingness of adopting automated driving and compare the influencing strength of each factor. Based on literature review, a total of 27 relevant literatures were obtained and twelve factors that influence user adoption of automated driving were extracted. The results show that attitude, performance expectancy, and safety are strongly correlated with behavioral intention to adopt automated driving, while social influence, trust, perceived usefulness are moderately correlated with behavioral intention to adopt automated driving. Theoretical and practical implications of identifying the critical factors to user adoption of automated driving and directions for future research are discussed.

With the development of consumers’ individualized demand and the aggravation of market uncertainty demand, the decision-making problem of double-channel closed-loop supply chain considering logistics service level with random demand is studied. Mathematical modeling, optimization theory, and case study method of numerical simulation are used to implement the research. With the goal of profit maximization, a two-stage dynamic Steinberg game model for centralized and decentralized decision-making is constructed, which is solved by reverse induction. A supplier-shared service cost decision model is developed, and the maximum inventory quantity and the optimal service level, as well as the optimal allocation coefficient of service cost sharing, are solved to meet the stochastic demand of two channels. Through simulation analysis, it is concluded that the overall profit of the manufacturer, retailer and supply chain can be optimized when the supplier makes service cost allocation decision.

The more developed the telecommunication technology, the easier it is to invade users privacy. From precise positioning to data leakage, from targeted advertising to user portraits, telecommunication technology makes people transparent. Therefore, the protection of users privacy, including the right to live a stable life without being disturbed, has always been the principle of telecommunication law legislators. However, this principle is often broken by the upgrading of telecommunication technologies. When legislation cant catch up with technologies, judges use judicial interpretation to make up for the weakness of law. Gadelhak v.AT&T Services, Inc. was ruled by the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals on February 19, 2020, in which consumers sued the defendants automatic dialing system for intrusion, and judges made a judicial interpretation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). In order to exempt smart phones from automatic dialing and automatic sending of short messages, judges had to exempt the defendant who also used stored numbers to send messages automatically. The judicial interpretation in the name of “legislators original intention” deliberately distorted the original intention of the legislator, which shows the instrumental nature of judicial interpretation.

 FinTech is based on Internet finance and deeply integrates a variety of emerging technologies, realizing the upgrading of Internet finance. The transformation of Internet finance to FinTech involves organizational or institutional changes in the sense of organizational sociology. The structural changes in the technological environment mean the expansion of scope and scale of financial markets, the acceleration of financial transactions, and the blurring of financial regulatory boundaries. Changes in the environment have promoted the proactive transformation of Internet finance companies into FinTech companies in order to obtain “legitimacy” recognition from regulatory agencies and the market. Faced with profound changes, the self-structure adjustment of financial supervision requires three measures: regulatory sandbox, financial technology franchising and regulatory technology. In the context of increasingly close ties between financial institutions and technology companies, FinTech should move towards the compliance road of financial license management, and actively develop inclusive finance and FinTech standardization systems.

  Using the data of China Household Financial Survey in 2017, the effect of financial literacy on household risk assets allocation is investigated from two aspects: primary financial literacy and advanced financial literacy. The primary financial literacy and the advanced financial literacy variables are constructed by factor analysis method, and then empirical research is made by constructing Probit and Tobit models. It is found that families with high financial literacy are more likely to participate in the financial market and increase their risky assets holding. After controlling endogeneity, the influence of primary financial literacy on household risk assets allocation is stronger than that of advanced financial literacy. The age of the householder, income level, social insurance and regional economic level can promote household risk assets investment, while householder risk aversion has the opposite effect. This paper believes that improving financial literacy of Chinese residents, especially primary financial literacy, is conducive to promoting the active and healthy development of the financial market and improving the financial well-being of residents. It is an indispensable link in the implementation of inclusive financial services.

Based on the World Input-Output Table and the manufacturing industry panel data from the year of 2003 to 2014, the quality and quantity of imported producer services of various manufacturing industries and the global value chain (GVC) status of them are calculated. A systematic GMM (generalized method of moments) estimation is used to investigate the impact of quality and quantity of Chinas imported producer services on manufacturing GVC upgrading. The results show that through importing producer services, the manufacturing industry has promoted its status in the GVC; the quantity of low-knowledge producer services has promoted manufacturing value chain upgrading more than that of high-knowledge services does, and the quality of high-knowledge producer services has promoted manufacturing value chain upgrading more than that of low-knowledge services does; both quality and quantity of imported producer services have a significant effect on the GVC status of high-tech manufacturing industry, but not on the low-tech manufacturing industry. Finally, measures are proposed such as improving the openness of producer services, formulating differentiated opening policies for different service sectors, and optimizing the internal structure of manufacturing industry.

The global patent cooperation network helps to reveal the law of cooperation. Existing research stays at the stage of describing the general characteristics of the overall network and how the network structure affects individual innovation behavior, and does not involve the influencing mechanism of the network structure on the overall network evolution. Based on OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) patent data, the Temporal Exponential Random Graph Models (TERGMs) is used to explore the influencing mechanism of network structure and proximity on dynamic evolution of the global patent cooperation network. The results show that the global patent cooperation network presents weak agglomeration and decentralization in spatial situation. Between-centric countries are concentrated in North America, Western Europe and Oceania, presenting an unbalanced pattern of “three pillars”. The patent cooperation network presents a core-peripheral structure, with the core shifting from “US-Europe” to “US-Europe-Asia”. The global patent network shows transitive characteristics and star-shaped structures. Technological proximity facilitates the absorption and reorganization of heterogeneous knowledge among countries, and cultural proximity avoids risks caused by differences in patent contracts and legal standards between the two parties, which has an impact on the global patent cooperation network.

Under the background of supply-side reform of promoting long-range development with high-quality labor force, the impact of labor quality on the quality of export products is discussed based on the current situation that the quality of export products in high-tech technology is not high and the trade competitiveness needs to be improved urgently. On the basis of constructing the measurement index system of labor quality and measuring the quality of export products of high-tech industries, the relationship between them is empirically tested by provincial industrial panel data of high-tech industries in China. It is found that the scientific and cultural quality and skill level of labor force are the most important factors that constitute the quality of labor force. The improvement of labor quality can significantly improve the quality of export products of high-tech industries, and its positive effect is subject to economic zone and industrial classification. In order to transform the labor quality into the energy of elevation of export product quality, while paying attention to the cultivation of high-quality labor force, it is necessary to adjust the development strategy layout according to the characteristics of economic zone and industrial factor endowment, and create a policy environment of reasonable allocation of resources to promote the improvement of export product quality with high-quality labor force.

 Focusing on the unbalanced development of innovation input in various regions of China, in order to find key factors of regional innovation input, a regional innovation investment evaluation system for 31 provinces in China has been established, based on 7 dimensions: government fiscal and tax input, market size, openness level, traffic volume, information technology level, Internet level and human capital. csQCA is used to analyze the influencing factors of regional innovation input. The research shows that the government fiscal and tax input, Internet level and human capital are necessary factors affecting the regional innovation input, and meanwhile, regional market size, openness level and information technology level are not the necessary factors but have a promoting effect to some extent. Local governments should pay special attention to the changes of government fiscal and tax input, Internet level and human capital, and create good atmosphere for the development of regional innovation strategies.

Transformation of S&T achievements in universities and regional innovation development have become research hotpots, but few studies have explored the coupling coordination between them. The innovation index systems of transformation of S&T achievements in universities and regional innovation are constructed separately. Factor analysis method is used to calculate the comprehensive score of universities in 31 provinces from 2014 to 2018 and coupling coordination degree model is used to calculate coupling coordination degree of the two systems. The results show that: the level of transformation of S&T achievements in universities and regional innovation in each region improve steadily, but regional differences are still significant; the coupling degree of the two systems increases year by year, but the overall level is generally low: the well-coordinated provinces only account for 9.68% while the low-coordinated provinces account for 70.97%; the coupling degree presents distribution pattern of eastern > middle > western spatially.

Online learners continuance learning intention will largely affect the effectiveness of E-learning. By selecting the literature related to the topic of E-learning continuance intention as samples from the databases of Web of Science (WoS) and Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI), the number of publications, the distribution of research countries/regions, and the distribution of research institutions and core authors are comparatively analyzed. Then, by keyword analysis, research hot spots are comparatively studied from three perspectives, i.e., educational environment and learning scenarios, research methods and theoretical models, research objects and their influencing factors. And, the evolution path is clarified and frontier analysis is conducted. Moreover, by co-citation analysis, e-learning continuance learning intention is elaborated in detail from two aspects of basic theories and models, and research methods. Based on the above research, three enlightenments are obtained: emphasizing intersection and continuation of research, designing research from a flexible and pioneering perspective and expanding to design-based research.

The COVID-19 pandemic has made the online course be a normal teaching mode, and online learning has become an important way for students autonomous learning. However, attention deficit disorder is a common problem faced by college students in online learning. Understanding the reasons why students lose focus in online learning is of great value for teachers to optimize online teaching methods and for students to improve the quality of autonomous learning. Starting from the two touchpoints of physical touchpoint and information touchpoint in college students online learning, the situation of college students attention deficit disorder in touchpoint scenes is collected by means of questionnaire survey, and factor analysis is used to process and analyse the data. It is found that besides negative effects, attention deficit disorder can also bring some positive effects. The reasons for attention deficit disorder are summarized into four points: students lack of interest in classroom content, poor learning environment and learning habits, exploration of platform functions and teacher-student interaction, and social activities. The first two are negatively correlated with learning effects, while the latter two are positively correlated, which can promote learning.
