Identification Model for Online Lending Problem Platforms Based  on Public Opinion Analysis

From the perspective of public opinion analysis, an online lending problem platform identification model is built based on experimental research, combining internal platform information and external public opinion information. The model is constructed by using neural network, support vector machine, random forest and logistic regression in order to verify the role of public opinion information indicators in improving the performance of the identification model. The results show that, firstly, the accuracy of comprehensively using fundamental information, operation information and public opinion information to identify the online lending problem platform is higher; secondly, compared with the random forest model, the support vector machine model and the logistic regression model, the identification effect of the neural network model is the best. Therefore, the study is helpful for regulators to understand the platforms operating status and to carry out targeted regulatory governance for different platforms scientifically and comprehensively.

 In view of the uncertainty in the recycling network, the optimization of the express packaging reverse logistics network in a fuzzy environment is studied, and a fuzzy programming model of the express packaging reverse logistics network is established. The model aims to minimize the total cost. The trapezoidal fuzzy number is used to represent the uncertainty of the recycling volume, recovery time and discard rate of the recycling transfer station. Trapezoidal fuzzy number will be calculated by fuzzy chance constrained programming. The collection route planning among various recycling points in the reverse logistics network and the location selection of recycling transfer stations are integrated and optimized. The model uses traditional algorithms and hybrid intelligent algorithms to verify the examples, and analyzes the changes in the confidence parameters that affect the structure of the express packaging recycling network.

Influence of FDI on High-quality Economic Development —An Empirical Analysis Based on Perspective of Environmental Regulation

Taking the data of 30 provinces in China from 2004 to 2017 as research subjects and using the dynamic panel model and the spatial Dubin model, the impact of FDI (foreign direct investment) on high-quality development and the moderating effects of environmental regulations are researched. The results show that: FDI promotes high-quality development and has a positive spatial effect. The regulatory effects of different environmental regulation tools are different. The regulatory effect of command-and-control environmental regulation is negative, where the local effect is positive and the spatial spillover effect is negative; the market-incentive environmental regulation strengthens the promotion effect of FDI on high-quality development, where the local effect is negative and the spatial spillover effect is positive; the public participation environmental regulation has produced a negative regulatory effect. Therefore, reasonable introduction of FDI, improvement of various environmental regulation policies and full play of their synergistic effect are of great significance for promoting high-quality development.


High-quality Economic Development Driven by Dual Innovation with Government Participation

By analyzing the impact mechanism of government participation and balance and interaction of dual innovation on high-quality economic development, a model among government participation, dual innovation and high-quality economic development is constructed, and the relevant data of 31 provinces (cities, autonomous regions) in mainland China from 2001 to 2018 is used to analyze how to promote high-quality economic development through dual innovation after Chinas economy has entered a new norm. The following conclusions are drawn: on the whole, both balance and interaction of dual innovation can promote high-quality economic development, and government participation plays a positive role in the process of dual balance promoting high-quality economic development. The regional samples show that there are differences between the East and the West. On this basis, suggestions are put forward to promote the high-quality economic development.

The influencing factors that lead to the choice of “deviated” innovation strategies of alliance enterprises are discussed from the perspective of knowledge field. Based on the theory of evolutionary game, the dynamic equation of evolution and replication with alliance enterprises collaborative innovation and “deviated” innovation is constructed, and the stability and evolution law of the equilibrium point of innovation behavior evolution are analyzed. And a comparative static analysis is made about “deviated” tendency and “deviated” revenue that affect the stability of strategic alliance, and the collaborative revenue distribution coefficient. The results show that “deviated” tendency, the collaborative revenue distribution coefficient, the collaborative revenue and the initial proportion of the two strategies will all affect the stability of alliance. Based on this, suggestions about alliance supervision and policies are made.

Empirical Study on Low Interest Rates and Risk Taking of Chinas Individual Investors

A randomized investment experiment is made based on a Chinas individual investor sample under the circumstance of low interest rates, in order to verify the impact of interest rates on the risk taking of Chinas individual investors, and to support the existence of Chinas monetary policy risk-taking channels from the individual level of investment decision. The results show that: (1) Interest rates have a significantly negative effect on risky-assets allocation of Chinas individual investors, and the effect is non-linear under the circumstance of low interest rates. The falling interest rates influences individual investors psychological expectation, which makes investment decision change with the changes of value function mechanism. (2) There is no obvious difference in risk taking of Chinese and American individual investors, although there are differences in culture and state systems, searching-for-yield behavior is consistent between Chinese and American investors.

In order to expand the theoretical basis of gamification design and provide a design framework for Internet product development, the persuasion influence of gamification design on users is analyzed. The gamification design mechanism based on persuasion principles is built by interpreting the characteristics and connotation of gamification design. The mechanism has three links, including design basis, gamification design based on persuasion principles, and persuasion effect. Task-driven design can persuade users to complete tasks orderly and improve the efficiency of completing goals. Interaction-driven design can persuade users to participate in interaction effectively and remind them to reach task goals. Socialization-driven design can persuade users to continue to use products, and effectively promote social learning and social identity. The method of multi-case analysis is used to verify the universality and scientificity of the mechanism.

  Legal transplantation towards social enterprises is an important task for the development of social enterprises in China. Understanding the developing process and the generation logic should be taken as the starting point. From the perspective of comparative law, and by comparing the development of social enterprises in Britain, the United States and China, it can be found that social enterprise in Britain and the United States are mainly promoted by complementing the governments social service capacity, improving the governments social service mode, perfecting the organizational and legal forms, as well as the support of civil society and the rise of social entrepreneurs, while in China, social enterprises are influenced by Confucian traditional culture and collectivism. There are differences in cultural tradition, social foundation, legal status and economic background among Chinese, British and American social enterprises.The international experience and Chinese characteristics bring the following enlightenment on the development of social enterprises in China: enterprises should follow the Confucian spirit and strengthen enterprise autonomy, the government should cultivate social space and improve the support system, and the system should establish and improve legislative protection and regulation.

In the context of ecological civilization, the quality of environmental services is mutually influenced by various factors including outsourcing. Combing the existing literature, it is found that previous studies only analyzed the effects of outsourcing and other single factors on the quality of public services. Qualitative comparative analysis (QCA) is used, and environmental service quality is taken as the result variable. On the basis of introducing cost and cycle variables, outsourcing, organization level, public satisfaction, GDP and starting time are added as condition variables. It is found that outsourcing is not a sufficient condition for the quality of environmental services, nor is it a necessary condition. In economically developed areas, environmental service outsourcing, public satisfaction and short-term cycle can promote high-quality services; low-level organizations that adopt non-outsourcing for small-scale services can achieve quality optimization; the earlier the start of large-scale environmental service projects, the higher the service quality can be achieved. Therefore, it is necessary to efficiently outsource environmental services based on peoples needs in economically developed areas, improve the service supply capacity and professional level of the government in primary level, and further improve the policy environment.

With the purpose of making the objectives of the political inspection in colleges and universities clearer and the effect more remarkable, according to the principle and the five target management components of SMART rule, the problems existing in the political inspection work in colleges and universities are analyzed, and a normalization path is put forward, and applied to the political inspection work of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, which has a certain guiding role in the construction of political inspection path in colleges and universities.

Party building in university organs is an important part of Party building in universities. Deep integration of Party building and business work is the main principle of Party building in university organs. The connotation and importance of deep integration of Party building and business work is analyzed, and the main problems with its causes are summarized. A solution model based on the “diamond model” theory is put forward. Based on which, four main factors are proposed, including ideological guidance, team building, innovation, constraint and incentive. Specific measures on deep integration of Party building and business work are put forward by taking Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an example, which will give some reference to university organs.

The implementation of curriculum ideology and politics is a new requirement for higher education put forward by the Party and the country in the new era.
