Historical nihilism has experienced the transformation from philosophical thought to political thought. In essence, it is an idealistic view of history. It negates the historical subject, deconstructs the mainstream values, attempts to interpret history with ideas, and deduces “historical compilation” with the so-called individual narrative. Its fundamental purpose is to comprehensively deny the correctness and inevitability of Chinese revolutionary history, and comprehensively deny the great achievements made by the socialist revolution, construction and reform led by the Communist Party of China. In this regard, we should start from the perspective of historical materialism, recognize the true face and essence of historical nihilism, take a correct attitude, and fundamentally criticize it.

Supply Chain Finance (SCF) risk incidents caused by participants’ opportunistic behaviors occur frequently, hindering the functioning of SCF The governance for opportunistic behaviors is the key to the sustainable development of SCF Prospect theory is used to describe the subjective utility of participants, and evolutionary game methods are applied to analyze SCF participants’ opportunistic behaviors An evolutionary game model between financial institutions and financing firms is presented to find the evolutionary path of each participant and the evolutionary stability strategies under different conditions The result shows that there are four evolutionary stable states in the evolutionary game model When the benefits of active supervision are too low, the cost of supervision is too high, the efficiency of supervision is too low, or the cost of liability for risk loss is too low, the tendency of financial institutions to be opportunistic will be high; when the default benefits are too high, the penalty for default is too low, or the return on compliance is too low, the opportunistic tendency of financing firms will be high In response to the analysis results, countermeasures are proposed to prevent opportunistic behaviors of SCF participants at financial institutions level and supply chain enterprises level

As a macro-control means of economic intervention by the government, can government subsidies effectively guide enterprises’ industrial investment and further restrain the phenomenon of “separated from the real economy” characterized by enterprise financialization? Taking A-share listed companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2019 as samples, the impact of government subsidies on financialization of micro enterprises is explored The empirical results show that government subsidies can restrain the investment behavior of financial assets In terms of transmission mechanism, government subsidies can help promote fixed asset investment and R&D innovation investment of enterprises, thus affecting the allocation of financial assets of enterprises Further analysis shows that government subsidies have a stronger restraining effect on the financial investment behavior of non-state-owned enterprises and enterprises with high financing constraints This study proves the positive role of government intervention in the direction of enterprise’s asset allocation, and is of great significance to further optimization of industrial policy design in China to enhance “finance serves real economy” and promote high-quality development of entity enterprises.

The high-quality disclosure of credit information can show enterprises’ trusted business operations to investors, enhance investors’ trust in enterprises and reduce the cost of equity capital A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2018 are selected as samples, and text analysis method is used to quantify the quality of annual report credit information disclosure, and test the impact of disclosure quality on the cost of equity capital and the heterogeneity of the impact under different property rights The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between the quality of annual report credit information disclosure and the cost of equity capital Further research on property rights shows that the negative correlation above is more significant in non-state-owned enterprises.

While a developmental government promotes economic growth, it also results in rent-seeking activities by enterprises due to excessive intervention into the market As an important part of the transformation of government functions, whether digital government construction can effectively curb rent-seeking behavior of enterprises becomes a question worth testing Using the Digital Government Assessment Index and the data of all A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2019, it is found that digital government can significantly inhibit rent-seeking expenditure of enterprises, with a stronger inhibitory effect of government transparency and a weaker inhibitory effect of government service capacity On the other hand, the inhibitory effect of digital government on private enterprises’ rent-seeking expenditure is stronger than that of digital government on state-owned enterprises’ rent-seeking expenditure; further sub-sample regression shows that the inhibitory effect of digital government on private enterprises’ rent-seeking expenditure is significantly reflected in industries with lower barriers and in regions with a higher degree of marketization, because private enterprises in that scope do not need to pay the rent for maintaining their industry status or a restricted market environment.

Domestic waste sorting is an important part of promoting good governance in cities The phenomenon of “different appearance in the same city” often occurs in the implementation of waste sorting policies in various cities, and residents’ random throwing, middle-end mixed transportation and back-end ineffective disposal occur from time to time The operation performance of the front-end of waste sorting is emphasized Based on the construction of the performance evaluation model of domestic waste sorting policy, N city is selected as the analysis sample to evaluate the operation performance of the policy, and csQCA and other analysis tools are used to explore the factors affecting the operation performance of the front-end of domestic waste sorting policy The results show that the introduction of new technologies, the stock of social capital and the convenience of sorting facilities are the core factors affecting the front-end operation performance; Communication and mobilization are marginal factors; Economic interaction has an insignificant effect on the good performance It is believed that to optimize the front-end operation performance of domestic waste sorting, different subjects should be introduced to build interactive networks, social capital should be accumulated to promote effective participation, and science and technology should be better used to realize intelligent sorting.

In order to explore college students’ willingness for assistance in rural areas and its influencing factors in the post-poverty alleviation era, a multiple regression model was constructed and relevant hypotheses were put forward 307 valid questionnaires were collected from students in B University The results show that 6 factors including the realization of life value, working environment satisfaction, more volunteer service experiences, family support, challenging job and strong sense of belonging are helpful in enhancing students’ willingness Higher monthly salary expectation and more value on reasonable salary level will lower the willingness The interaction between life value and reasonable salary is significant The former will weaken the latter’s negative effect on willingness; and the latter will weaken the former’s positive effect on willingness Demographic factors have no significant impacts on college students’ willingness for assistance in rural areas Policy suggestions are put forward, such as enhancing the implementation of talent return and improving their salary and welfare.

Curriculum ideological and political education is the core of the modern higher education teaching reform In order to better understand the current situation of curriculum ideological and political education research in China, through collecting the relevant literature data included in CSSCI database and CSSCI source journal database in CNKI from 2000 to 2021, CiteSpace is used to draw the knowledge map to analyze the literature from the perspectives of paper published volume trend, core authors, main research institutions, main cited journals and papers, keywords and mutation words Four research themes are identified: the connotation and characteristics of curriculum ideological and political education, the relationship between curriculum ideological and political education and ideological and political courses, the obstacles to the realization of curriculum ideological and political education and the practice path of curriculum ideological and political education The frontier and trend of curriculum ideological and political education research are sorted out, and it also points out that how to give full play to the dominant position of teachers in curriculum ideological and political education, the specific practice of curriculum ideological and political education in professional courses and the construction of the evaluation system will become the focus of this field.

Adaptive testing is a common means in the process of adaptive evaluation The prediction of adaptive testing length has a very important impact on time management and recommendation strategies of adaptive learning The research content and the current situation of adaptive testing length prediction are analyzed Then, the knowledge module adaptive testing length prediction model and the knowledge point adaptive testing length prediction model are constructed based on the latent factor model and the cognitive diagnosis model Through experiments on large-scale data sets, the results show that the prediction accuracy of the knowledge module adaptive testing length prediction model is high; Compared with the original model, the prediction accuracy of the optimized knowledge point adaptive testing length prediction model is greatly improved and the training time of the model is greatly reduced The research results have important application value for the realization of adaptive learning system.
