摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文在阐述风险投资基本概念、特征和分析我国信息产业现存问题的基础上 ,着重探讨了风险投资对我国信息产业未来发展的影响 ,主要是风险投资对我国信息产业产业结构、组织结构的影响。

关键词: 风险投资, 信息产业, 产业结构, 组织结构

Abstract: Based on the description of the concept of venture capital & the analysis of the present situation of the information industry of China, this paper mainly approaches the influence of venture capital on the development of the information industry of China, especially on its industry structure & organization structure.
