民营企业人才流失现象分析

摘要: 在知识经济时代 ,知识对经济增长和经济发展的贡献超过了资本、土地和劳动等传统要素 ,成为生产力中最为重要的组成部分。企业能否在竞争中取胜 ,关键取决于知识的储备以及获得知识的能力。人才的数量和质量不仅是当前知识资源的体现者 ,而且是企业学习能力最主要的决定者 ,因而备受世界各国企业的重视。然而我国大多数民营企业的人才高流失现象却使老板们困惑不已。本文探讨了民营企业人才流失的主要原因并提出相应的对策措施。

Abstract: In the times of knowledge economy,the contribut i on of knowledge to the growth and development of economy has surpassed the tradi tional elements,such as capital,labour force and land.Whether the enterprises ca n succeed in the competition depends on the stock of knowledge and the ablilty t o acquire knowledge.The quantity and quality of talented people is not only the embodment of knowledge resources,but also the most important decider of the stud ying ability.So most enterprises pay much attention to it .But the high ratio of the drain of talented people from privately-owned enterprises has puzzled many bosses.this article analyses the origins ad proposes some solutions
