摘要： 文章从党性定义出发 ,论述了提高党性修养的必要性和紧迫性以及产生这种必要性和紧迫性的理由 ;文章的重点是联系年轻党员主要是年轻党员干部身上存在的修养素养问题 ,分析产生这些问题的原因 ,对如何解决这个对党员很重要的问题也提出了方案 ,作者希望这样的方案对提高干部的党性修养具有更大的借鉴价值。文章在后记中联系青年学生党员的实际介绍了作者关于加强这方面工作的一些建议。

Abstract: Starting with the definition of the Party spiri t, this article discusses the necessity & urgency for strengthening the Party spiri t and also their reasons,then stresses the analysis of the causes of some proble ms existing in the Party spirit of some young Party member cadres and puts forwa rd solutions to these problems,which,the author hopes,will be of great help to s trengthen their Party spirit.Finally,the author,in the light of the specific con ditions of the Party members among young students,introd uces some suggestions to better the above-mentioned work
