摘要： 本文分析了现行邮政编码存在的主要问题和现行邮政编码资源的使用情况,提出了调整邮政编码应遵循的基本原则,给出了三种邮政编码调整方案,并对每一调整方案都进行了可行性分析和风险分析,可供决策参考。

Abstract: The main issues of the present system of Post Codes and its utility are analyzed in this article. At the same time, three modified designs of Post Codes together with the fundamentals of modification are brought forward. And moreover, the analysis of availability and venture of each plan is beneficial to decision making.
