Abstract: The web-based culture is the product of the development of Internet. The rapid formation of the web-based culture is influencing the virtual society and also the real society with its distinct property of intercommunication. The study of the web-based culture should be focused on its property of intercommunication. This paper makes an approach to some trends of the property of intercommunication of the web-based culture.
