摘要: 论文在依托原有评估指标体系并提出修订意见后的适合工科院校的自我评估指标体系的基础上,运用层次分析法设计有针对性的调查问卷, 向国务院学位办及几所有代表性的工科院校学位与研究生教育学科管理专家及资深教授进行问卷调查,对采集到的数据进行统计分析以确定各要素的权重,并对权重分配的合理性进行分析论证和专家再调研,运用信息技术和教育技术学教学设计的理念设计出一套适用于工科院校的学位与研究生教育学科自我评估系统平台。

Abstract: Based on the problems in the education of degree and graduate and the revised self-evaluation index, the study adopts analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to design questionnaires and visit some reputable experts on management of subject and graduate education in engineering universities. Thereafter, the data are analyzed to define the weight set of the index system, and then their rationality is investigated plus re-survey. Finally, a platform of self-evaluation system based on the concept of applying information technology and education technology in teaching is designed.
