摘要：

公共选修课教学是当前高校实施学分制和推进人才培养模式改革的重要组成部分。针对北京邮电大学公共选修课建设与管理中存在的问题进行深入分析，借鉴美国大学通识教育课程设置模式，从建构合理的公共选修课程体系、加强对学生选课的指导、鼓励教师进行教学内容和教学方法的改革、建立和完善质量监控体系以及建立激励机制和优胜劣汰机制等方面提出了相应的措施与对策。

关键词: 公共选修课, 课程建设, 教学管理, 通识教育

Abstract:

The teaching of public courses is one of the important parts of the implementation of university credit system and the promotion of the reform of talent training modeThis paper analyzes the problems of public courses construction and management in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and based on general education courses setting model in American universities, it also puts forward some solutions, including constructing reasonable public courses structure, strengthening guidance to students, reforming teaching content and method, perfecting quality control system and establishing motivation mechanism
