移动LBS用户接受模型的实证研究

摘要:

移动互联网中具备移动性、社交性和基于位置的服务(LBS, location based service)最具发展潜力。通过分析文献和研究调研提出扩展后的技术接受模型(TAM),并且对最终模型的假设条件用统计软件进行了验证。实证证明了移动LBS业务的使用意向受感知易用性、感知娱乐性、网络外部性和隐私这四大因素的显著影响。最后对本研究结果进行了讨论,在指出研究意义的同时指出了不足之处。

Abstract:

Mobile Internet with mobility, sociability and location based service has the most developmental potential Based on the literature review and survey, this paper proposes the extended technology acceptance model (TAM), and empirically tests the model by using data collected from a survey of location based service (LBS) users The study proves the users’ intention of LBS is significantly influenced by the following four factors: perceived ease of use, perceived playfulness, network externality and privacy Finally, the results are discussed with the significance and limitations of the research also presented
