Relationships among Leadership Behavior, Perceived Organizational Support #br# and Employee Engagement#br# ——Taking telecom enterprises as an example

摘要:

针对不同地区通信企业调查得到的315份有效问卷,运用SPSS170和AMOS170统计软件,实证研究了领导行为、组织支持和员工敬业度之间的相关关系,结果表明:领导行为和组织支持对员工敬业度都有显著的预测作用;组织支持在领导行为与员工敬业度之间起着部分中介作用。最后根据实证结果提出了相应的政策建议。

Abstract:

On the basis of 315 effective survey samples collected from different telecom enterprises of several areas, this paper empirically investigates the relationships among leadership behavior, perceived organizational support (POS) and employee engagement with SPSS 170 and AMOS 170 Results show that leadership behavior and POS have a significant effect on employee engagement POS plays a partial mediating role between leadership behavior and employee engagement Finally, the paper gives some proposals for elevating employee engagement in telecom enterprises
