介绍了北京邮电大学国家示范性软件学院为培养具有国际竞争力的通信软件人才，大量开展双语教学的研究与实践，总结了双语教学的一些经验，对目前双语教学中的问题进行了思考，并提出了相应建议

Abstract:

In order to cultivate internationally competitive software talents, a large number of research and practice on bilingual teaching were done in the School of Software Engineering, a national pilot school of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Then some experience has been summarized and some existing problems are reflected Suggestions have also been put forward accordingly
