尼尔·波兹曼的媒介学思想着眼于媒介方式与整体社会文化走向之间的关系研究，对电子媒介信息的批判是其重要内容。本文以电子环境中的信息为对象，从“条件”、“载体”、“后果”与“性质”四个方面进行审视，阐述波兹曼的电子媒介批判观，揭示电子媒介信息对社会文化倾向的深远影响。波兹曼的电子媒介信息批判对于当代社会的发展具有指导和借鉴意义。
