摘要:

运用基于数据包络分析(DEA)的Malmquist指数分析方法对2003—2011年我国制造业的全要素生产率(TFP)进行测算,从而得出我国制造业技术效率与技术进步的现状及发展趋势。结果表明,从2003—2011年期间,制造业各行业的全要素生产率平均年增长率为8%,技术进步的年均增长率为49%,技术效率的年均增长率为29%,由此看来,9年来在影响30个制造行业的全要素生产率的增长因素中,技术进步和技术效率同时起到作用,技术进步的效果稍加显著。

Abstract:

Using Malmquist index analysis method based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) to measure the total factor productivity (TFP) of China’s manufacturing industry from 2003 to 2011, the current status and developing trend of technical efficiency and technological progress of China’s manufacturing industry are obtained The results show that from 2003 to 2011, the average annual growth rate of TFP is 8%, the average annual growth rate of technological progress reaches 49% and the annual growth rate of technical efficiency is 29% It means that factors that affect the growth rate of TFP of the 30 manufacturing industries in the past nine years are both technological progress and technical efficiency, but the effect of technological progress plays a more obvious role
