Abstract:

Based on the analysis framework of outsourcing service of information technology, the problems and challenges for adopting software as a service (SaaS) by large-scale enterprises are discussed from the aspects of group decision and management, performance evaluation and supervision, the choice of public cloud or private cloud, contract period and risk and relation management through interviews This research will help the large-scale enterprises to better understand the challenges and difficulties in SaaS adoption and provide relevant suggestions accordingly
