Abstract:

On the basis of confirming input indexes, output indexes and environment variables, innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprises in west region is studied by three-stage DEA model The results show that innovation efficiency is at a relatively low level in west region and there are large differences among areas Environmental factor and random error have a great influence on innovation efficiency It is also found that management level and production scale of high-tech enterprise can still be elevated a lot Based on the conclusion, suggestion is proposed to improve innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprise in west region
