新型城镇化对资源环境影响的门槛效应研究——以湖北省为例

Threshold Effect of New Urbanization with Resources & Environment#br# ——Taking Hubei Province as an Example

摘要: 不同城市资源环境承载能力各异,这对新型城镇化发展进程产生重要影响,如何因地制宜有序推进大中小城市城镇化可持续协调发展问题迫在眉睫。研究发现,新型城镇化发展呈现出明显上升趋势,资源环境表现为微弱先下降后上升趋势。资源环境约束下新型城镇化具有显著单门槛区间效应,当城镇化率低于门槛临界值0490 2时,新型城镇化对资源环境产生影响不显著;当城镇化率超过该门槛时,新型城镇化与资源环境发展呈现显著的正向协调发展关系。

Abstract: The bearing capacity of resources and environment in different cities restricts the development of new urbanization How to promote the development of new urbanization in different cities is imperative Taking Hubei province as an example, the entropy method is used to construct the comprehensive development index of the new urbanization and resources & environment What′s more, the panel data threshold model is also used to study the threshold effect on the issue The result shows that: Firstly, the new urbanization comprehensive development index of 12 cities in Hubei province shows a clear ascending trend, while the comprehensive development index of resources & environment shows a weak descending trend  Secondly, industrial structure level and governmental behavior strength have a significant positive impact on the development of regional resources and environment, while economic development level and population gathering degree have a negative impact on it Thirdly, the development of new urbanization restricted by resources & environment obviously shows a single threshold interval effect When the proportion of urbanization rate is lower than 0490 2, the new urbanization shows a negative correlation with the resources & environment, while the proportion of urbanization rate exceeds the threshold value, the resource & environment shows a positive correlation with the new urbanization In addition, concerned with resource & environment, a new urbanization development path for cities with different levels is put forward
