Abstract: At present, how to produce large quantities of talented people with originality is a new urgent task to be carried out by our nation s higher education. From the angle of producing talented people with originality, the theory of innovational education, the paper presents a deeper discussion on several problems involved in producing talented people with originality in institutions of higher education.
