摘要/Abstract

摘要： 腐败正在渗入各国的政治、经济文化生活的各个领域 ,日益成为社会改革的阻碍和腐化剂。我国的反腐败斗争取得了一系列成果 ,但是同时也在斗争中反映出了一个突出的问题 :我国的法律监督体系还存在着缺陷和漏洞 ,还不能很好地适应社会主义市场经济条件下的反腐败斗争。健全和完善法律监督体系已成为建设社会主义法治国家的一项重要使命

Abstract: Corrupt Dealings are permeating every field of many countries, such as political, economic & cultural life and becoming a block and corrosive to social reforms with each passing day. China has achieved a series of successes in the struggle against corruption, but in the course of the struggle, has been revealed a remarkable issue: there have been some imperfection and loopholes in the legal supervision system of our country, which has not been able to suit the needs of the struggle against corruption under the conditions of socialist market economy. Now the key to this problem is to establish and perfect the legal supervision system, which has become an important mission for the construction of a socialist country ruled by law in China .
