Abstract: The era of knowledge economy needs high quality talents with practical and original ability urgently. Universities should enhance practical and original ability of students by strengthening the education of methodology. In this paper, a tentative program for carrying out this kind of education is proposed. The possible results and effects of the program are also analyzed.
