Abstract: As the contracts"Performed on the Internet"are performed on the Internet,the actually delivery does not exist.So it is difficult to apply the jurisdiction rule of"Loci Contracts"to these kinds of contracts.When the contracts are performed on the Internet,the application of the jurisdiction rule of"Loci Contracts"emphasizes on the following respects:according to the contents of contracts to determine the nature of the bargains,and then to determine the jurisdiction.There still remains the need for a proper connecting factor between the online activ- ities and the geographic when the tests of places where information is supplied,and the places where information is received.
