The competition and cooperation between the telecom operators and service providers have already attracted so much attentionThe study, using the mobile valueadded business industry chain as the research object, analyzed factors influencing the business income of service providers and operators, and then used the system dynamics to simulate the relationshipBy adjusting the factors of the system, this paper can help to find the optimal cooperation mode which can realize maximum profits of the whole industry chain
