Abstract:

The rapid development of modern network technology has had a great impact on social political activity pattern, especially accelerating the socialization process of political power. To adapt to the requirements of network, the paper, by combining the main research achievements from home and abroad, analyzes the positive and negative effects of network technology on power transformation under the information age, explores the trend of intellectualization, flat and decentralization shown during power transformation. The results will help strengthen the power and promote healthy development of network society.
