Digital media art,as a rapidly developing field of interdisciplinary and artistic innovation,has attracted educators’ and researchers’ great attention in recent years. In this paper,the author explores the evolutionary history of digital media arts as a “media art” extension. By referring to media archeology,media evolutionary history and the opinions of McLuhan,Baudrillard and others,the author believes that media theory and semiotics are the key to understanding and building up digital media art theory. By combining the methods of logic classification and information visualization,the author proposes a theory and practical framework of digital media art as the media products. Furthermore,the author indicates that it’s very important to explore the nature of digital media art based on the linguistics and semiotics,which is not only beneficial to the construction of scientific knowledge but also has a great meaning for the training of professional students.

Micro-blog is the most popular network application at present. Showing its superiority of rapidly transmission, it also reveals its own defects—fragmentation of information. Based on the theoretical horizon and humanity spirit of media ecology, the paper understands the micro-blog as perceptual environment and symbol environment, and analyses the fragmentation of micro-blog from coding, transmitting and decoding aspects. This research proposes that fragmentation of information is an inevitable trend. We should correctly handle the relationship between technology and culture, and pay attention to harmonious development of scientific culture and humanistic culture.

With the popularity of personal computers and the widespread of the Internet, a unique virtual community, which brings great impact on the traditional communication style, has been created by netizens. Unlike the traditional social and political institutions, virtual community possesses its distinctive features, and gives rise to the new Internet culture, as well as causes the great change of language used by those netizens. The emergence of netspeak can be regarded as language variation. This article systematically analyses the characteristics of netspeak from the perspective of sociolinguistics, reveals the relationship between language variation and social and cultural surroundings, and clarifies the influences that the virtual community has brought to the real social and cultural environment.

The development of the Internet of things should be guided by the public goods and regard social benefits as its first target, and then considers the application of its business model and financial benefits. The earlier research on this field seems too commercialized. The integrated application has been fragmented into small blocks by business model, and as a result, the more market orientation and less government public benefit orientation have objectively obstructed its development in depth and breadth. This paper puts forward the basic construction of the Internet of things with the characteristics of public goods and its application can replace the massive spending by government in the related field. Early in the application and promotion, the government’s force should be greater than that of the market. At the same time, the public free of charge, low-cost and hidden profit model have also been discussed. Finally, from the view of social macro benefit, this paper emphasizes the significance of the application on improving the people’s livelihood and increasing happiness index.

People’s life has been deeply affected by the fast development of E-business technology, in which the research on logistic control and management is one of the hottest topics. First, this paper proposes the idea that the development of E-business must be based on the modern logistic control systems, and then discusses the closed-cycle control system which is on the basis of order flow and adopts double control measures like pre-warning and manual supervision under the whole transportation and logistics course in the postal system.

Government’s purchase of public services is not only an important content of service-oriented government construction, but also a vital approach to build a new relationship between government and society and cultivate social organization. In the process of purchasing eldercare services, Changsha government has formed a system of government paying for the bill and society operating, a system of performance evaluation and fund sponsor, and a system of management regulation and professional services, all of which have achieved some remarkable results. But there are some problems in its operation. In order to promote efficient allocation of social resources, the government should perfect its policies, build a long-term system and institutional incentive system of social organization development and enhance social organizations’ ability to obtain resources. At the same time, government should make the rules and construct a transparent and reasonable supervision system of purchasing public services to realize the equal cooperation between government and social organizations.

In the network copyright tort law cases, collecting and preserving network evidence is the key to the action, and characteristics of the network evidence contribute to evidence preservation by notarization. Although there are criminal network evidences, this paper mainly focuses on network evidence involved in the infringement of intellectual property. Combining with related cases, the paper analyzes the issues and countermeasures about preservation of network evidence by notarization. After collecting the notary laws and regulations and guidance, the paper, which adopts the methods of articles analysis, empirical analysis, comparative analysis, reveals the existent problems by analyzing the typical network infringement cases during the past two years. With the current level of notarial technology, the paper puts forward suggestions on preservation of network evidence by notarization: firstly, improving procedures of preservation of network evidence by notarization; secondly, improving the technological level of notary; thirdly, establishing a unified network notarial platform; fourthly, strengthening the independent judicial judgment.

With the deepening of China’s urbanization process, land acquisition and village withdrawal are appearing in a wide range in rural China, and fundamentally change the traditional way of rural life. In this social context, this paper investigates women individualization and marital power’s circulation shown in the process of land acquisition and village withdrawal through case study. This paper argues that women individualization appeared in the process of land acquisition and village withdrawal, and at the same time, marital power in rural households has gradually been shifted from male centralization to couples’ equal rights. By sorting out the related theory of marital power, this paper attempts to comprehend and interpret the shift of marital power mode.

In order to analyze the change of mobile market share after the reorganization, this study established the Markov chain forecasting model, constructed quadratic programming model with the actual data, and estimated transition probability matrix by Excel. Then this study analyzed the influencing factors of the market share, and found out that the market competition pattern of the three operators was gradually optimized but not changed fundamentally in the short run. They need to study the consumers’ requirements deeply to improve their market performance, and the regulators also need to change the policies to guarantee the effective competition.

In order to have a deep understanding on China’s telecom technical efficiency,this paper,by using data envelopment analysis (DEA) static analysis,normal distribution analysis and cluster analysis and from the dimensions of integration and region,makes an empirical study on telecom technical efficiency of 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China from the aspects of efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency of DEA during the year of 2005 to 2008. Results show that the overall technical efficiency of China’s telecom industry is relatively low,which mainly results from the pure technical inefficiency; the regional development level has great differences but with the obvious catching up effect; integrating the resources effectively,focusing on economies of scale according to local conditions can promote the development of China’s telecom industry greatly.

This paper analyzes the pricing and cooperation revenue sharing issues between platforms and content providers through developing a three-stage price game model based on the theory of two-sided markets. In the model,the past single pricing mechanism is improved by adding content pricing from the content providers and shared revenue rate of information fees,which matches more the practical situation of IPTV business model,especially under the background of the tri-networks integration in China. The study shows that the government’s regulation on monopoly platform is necessary,for the number of users’ and content providers’ accessing to platform,profits of content providers,surplus of consumers and total social welfare are all increased in equilibrium under government’s regulation.

Recently,the trend of economic and social development is to advance the integration of industrialization and informatization,and the cut-in point of which lies in the development of manufacturing industry. This paper,based on the current situation of manufacturing industry as well as its advantages and disadvantages,elaborates the influence of integration of industrialization and informatization on manufacturing industry from the perspective of challenges and opportunities. Then,the paper further proposes two paths for the development of manufacturing industry: one is to improve the competitive power of manufacturing industry by making full use of informatization,and the second is to seek the new growth point from the integration of manufacturing industry and service industry.

Analysis of the Export Similarity between China and Ten Asian Economies

By computing the export similarity index (ESI) and the weighted export similarity index (WESI), the study measures and analyzes the export similarity and competitive relation between China and ten Asian economies in EU, US, Japan and the world markets. The study finds that China’s export structures are the most similar to Korea and most of China’s ESI shows an increasing trend. An increasing trend of ESI implies that when China has been upgrading and optimizing its production and export structures, emerging developing countries like India and Vietnam are also accelerating their industrial and export sectors development, becoming China’s new competitors. When the scale effect is introduced into the index, the study finds that the WESI of China’s manufacturing products shows a decreasing trend which implies that, from China’s perspective, the degree of export competition between China and ten Asian economies are getting smaller. Moreover, China’s export structure is the most similar to Japan, suggesting the highest degree of competition.

Organizational Commitment is one of the hotly-discussed topics in the field of organizational behavior.  However, the studies focusing on the comparison of organizational commitment of employees between public and private sectors are still limited.  From the past empirical comparative studies, this paper analyses the concept, the structure, and the  variables of the organizational commitment.  The results show that the structure and the measurement used, the correlated variables and the findings are not the same.  But these results reveal abundant theoretical and managerial meanings and this topic is worth discussing in the future.  Based on the findings, at the end of this paper, the author proposes some further research directions.

Taking Xinjiang ethnic preparatory students as subjects,the research probes into the correlation between second language learning engagement and acculturation. Besides,a comparative analysis is conducted between different gender groups,grade groups and ethnic groups. The following are the findings: ① Learning engagement in second language is at above-intermediate level,and there are significant differences in gender and grade. ② “Integration” is the dominant acculturation strategy,and “integration” and “separation” show significant differences in gender and grade. ③  “Integration” and “separation” can positively and negatively predict the second language learning engagement respectively,while “assimilation” shows no significant correlation with it.
