As the problems in social governance become more and more serious, rights prevailing in rule of law have encountered much more incredulity. According to the analysis of rights in both western history and Chinese society, these kinds of challenges which rights have met with in the western society cannot justify the embarrassment of rights in China. In fact, interpersonal relations which belong to particularism and utilitarianism are the reason of the obstructions faced with by rights in Chinese society.
