大学生创业心理资本影响因素研究—基于积极心理学视角

Influencing Mechanism of University Students’ Entrepreneurial Psychological Capital — From the Perspective of Positive Psychology

摘要: 本研究基于自我决定理论、情绪认知理论和社会认知理论,在梳理相关文献的基础上,构建了大学生创业心理资本影响因素模型。通过问卷调查法,采用信度分析、效度分析、相关分析、回归分析等统计方法对调查数据进行统计分析,得出以下结论:第一,主动性人格对创业心理资本及各维度有显著正向影响。其中,主动性人格对“主动应对”的影响最强;第二,主动性人格对创业认知及各维度有显著正向影响。其中,主动性人格对“创业意愿”影响最强;第三,创业认知各维度对创业心理资本各维度有显著正向影响。其中,创业认知对“自我效能”影响最强;第四,创业认知在主动性人格对创业心理资本的影响中起部分中介作用;第五,学校创业环境在创业认知对创业心理资本的影响中起调节作用。在上述结论基础上,本文给出提升大学生创业心理资本的对策建议。

Abstract:  Based on the self-determination theory, the emotional cognition theory and the social cognition theory, the influencing factor model of university students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital is constructed after reviewing the literature The survey data is collected by questionnaire and analyzed through reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis The conclusions are as follows Firstly, proactive personality has a significantly positive effect on entrepreneurial psychological capital and all its dimensions, in which proactive personality has the strongest influence on “active coping” Secondly, proactive personality has a significantly positive effect on entrepreneurial cognition and all its dimensions, in which proactive personality has the strongest influence on “entrepreneurial intention” Thirdly, entrepreneurial cognition has a significantly positive effect on entrepreneurial psychological capital and all its dimensions, in which entrepreneurial cognition has the strongest influence on “self-efficacy” Fourthly, entrepreneurial cognition plays a partially intermediary role in the influence of proactive personality on entrepreneurial psychological capital Fifthly, the entrepreneurial environment in universities plays a moderating role in the influence of entrepreneurial cognition on entrepreneurial psychological capital Based on the conclusions, countermeasures to improving university students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital are put forward
