摘要: 近年来,以用户体验为中心考量产品服务和媒介价值成为心理学、认知神经科学、传播学、计算机科学等领域的一项日趋重要的交叉学科研究课题。通过元分析法,对相关研究与理论模型进行厘清与梳理。基于认知神经传播学范式,开展对媒介用户使用体验影响机制的相关研究与分析。旨在构建相关研究框架和理论模型,从逻辑技术层面对移动应用产品的用户体验问题进行系统研究。在“用户中心化”的智能媒介产品时代,结论有一定的指导和创新意义。

Abstract:  In recent years, measurement of product service and media value centering on user experience has become an increasingly important interdisciplinary topic in the fields of psychology, cognitive neuroscience, communication and computer science. Meta-analysis method is used to clarify related researches and theories, and based on cognitive neurocommunication paradigm, influencing mechanism of media user experience is researched and discussed, with the purpose of constructing related research frame and theoretical model, and systematically researching user experience of mobile application products in the level of logic, which has certain guidance and  innovation in the era of user-centered smart media production.
