基于系统动力学的邮政综合网点转型研究

Transformation of Postal Integrated Outlets Based on System Dynamics

摘要:  探讨综合网点转型的动因和规律有利于邮政企业在转型过程中准确识别资源配置重点方向和评估配置效率。针对邮政综合网点转型推进力度不足、运营理念不深入等问题,基于业务领先模型和服务利润链等理论以及系统动力学研究方法,提出邮政综合网点转型的影响因素模型。模型将网点能力、转型动力和效能作为主要研究对象,厘清网点转型的影响路径,提炼影响网点转型的核心要素,并以某省的Z邮政支局为例,验证模型的有效性,进行转型影响因素的敏感性分析。研究发现:组织文化、营销团队建设、客户管理、员工服务水平等要素是网点转型中比较重要的影响因素。

Abstract: Exploring the motivations and laws of the transformation of integrated outlets will help postal enterprises to accurately identify the key directions of resource allocation and evaluate the efficiency of allocation during the transformation process Aiming at the problems of insufficient promotion of postal integrated outlet transformation and in-depth operation concepts, a model of influencing factors of postal integrated outlets transformation is proposed based on theories such as business leadership model and service profit chain, and system dynamics research methods The model takes outlet capacity, transformation motivation and efficiency as the main research objects, clarifies the influencing path of outlet transformation, and summarizes core elements that affect outlet transformation Take the Z post office in a province as an example to verify the effectiveness of the model and carry out sensitivity analysis of influencing factors. The results show that factors such as organizational culture, marketing team building, customer management and employee service level are more important influencing factors in the outlet transformation.
