Construction Path of Homeroom Teachers in Universities under Pattern of “Three Comprehensive Education”

摘要: 通过问卷调查的方式,深入探讨班主任工作现状,并征求师生对于班主任队伍建设的意见和建议。当前,班主任制度在提升学生思想工作效果方面发挥了重要作用,但同时也存在一些亟待解决的问题,如人员结构不合理、素质参差不齐;角色定位不清晰,与辅导员协同不畅;培训体系不完备,无法满足工作需求;激励机制不完善,影响工作积极性等。因此,建议高校进一步提高对班主任队伍建设工作的重视,通过建立和完善聘任、考核、培训、激励、退出等相关制度,全面提升班主任队伍的质量和工作效果。

Abstract: The team of homeroom teachers has become an important force in ideological and political work in universities, and its construction is an important component of implementing the long-term mechanism of “three comprehensive education”. On the basis of summarizing relevant domestic research, the current working situation of homeroom teachers is explored and suggestions from teachers and students on the construction of homeroom teacher teams are collected through questionnaire surveys. At present, the homeroom teacher system has played an important role in improving the effect of students’ ideological work, but there are also some urgent problems that need to be solved, such as unreasonable personnel structure and uneven personnel quality; unclear role positioning and poor collaboration with counselors; incomplete training system which is unable to meet work needs; imperfect incentive mechanism which reduces work enthusiasm. Therefore, it is suggested that universities should pay more attention to the construction of the homeroom teacher teams, and comprehensively improve the quality and work effects of the homeroom teacher teams by establishing and improving relevant systems such as appointment, assessment, training, motivation, and exit.
