摘要： 互联网连结人们超时空的沟通,使得个人从一个单一的立足点,能扩展到其存在的世界之网。这个过程带动了人们“视野”的提升,并拓展了人对社会世界意义的掌握。因此,相对而言,互联网所构成的社会网络空间,提供一个全新的人类互动的场域,这个场域的部分空间形成了全新的公共领域。在网络社会中关注公众利益、公民社会与公共领域的存在是值得注意的一个新课题。本文从“公共领域”概念出发,探讨网上公共领域。

Abstract: Cyberspace makes up a new social space, and there is a new social structure, in which a new public sphere different from the real life is formed•People concern public interest and public events , and join in the discus- sion in cyberspace•This sense of participation in cyberspace is a newimportant issue in the cyberspace today•The pa- per inquires into the public sphere and civil sense in cyberspace•
